Sellers set their own shipping regions. The country selector in the header filters the catalogue to listings that can reach you.

Every listing has a base currency. Prices are converted to your selected currency using the platform rate service; the final charge is confirmed at checkout.

Duties are estimated at checkout based on the destination country and the product tax class, then remitted by the platform where required.

Orders are covered by the marketplace guarantee: if an item does not arrive or is materially different from its listing, you can open a dispute.

Each store publishes its own return window and address on its storefront. Marketplace policy sets the minimum standard sellers must meet.
